Help with SixLife — how it works, and how to reach us if something's wrong.

Getting started

Open SixLife and tap Start a check-in. Answer six short questions, and you'll land on your SixLife Score, a named situation, and a card from the deck. No account or sign-in is ever required — there isn't one to make.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your device, encrypted. If you ever want it gone, Settings → Delete everything removes every check-in permanently and cannot be undone. See the full privacy policy for exactly what is and isn't stored.

The Daily recommendation

An optional, off-by-default feature in Settings. Turn it on and, once a day you complete six or more check-ins, SixLife writes you one short personal recommendation the next morning from 6am. Turn it off anytime — your check-ins and history work exactly the same either way.
